Chapter I General rules

The first group is the name of the world culture and Art Federation (referred to as "the art education workers")

The second group is made up of cultural artists who are committed to the world's cultural and artistic exchanges. They are voluntarily formed by governments around the world and cultural artists from all over the world. They are non-profit non-governmental organizations in the international community.

The third purpose of this group is:

To cope with economic globalization and the increasingly active international environment of world culture and art, we must focus on the development goals of the world's culture, and carry out the exchange and cooperation of world culture, art and world culture and art to build a platform for service. We should make full use of the world's cultural and artistic resources and open Asian cooperation environment to carry out an all-round, wide range and multi-level exchange of foreign culture and art, so as to provide comprehensive services for Asian cultural artists.

The group adheres to the United Nations Charter, international laws, regulations and the basic law of the Hongkong, as well as China's laws, and observes the moral customs of the international community.

The fourth group accepts the administration of the United Nations Human Rights Council of the government registration administration and business guidance units of the government of the Hongkong Special Administrative Region.
