Second chapter business scope

Sixth the scope of the business of the group:

(one) to organize exchanges and cooperation in Asian culture and art, and to establish a stable communication and cooperation relationship with the cultural and artistic organizations of all countries around the world.

(two) to carry out the scientific research of world culture and art diversified development, to provide policy suggestions for the development of world culture and art exchanges and cooperation in the world to the relevant government departments and organizations of the world's governments, international organizations and the United Nations commissioned a contractor or according to the development needs of industry, the organization of international culture and art exhibition and conference;

(three) organize training for managers and professionals engaged in cultural and artistic cooperation and communication;

(four) organize the academic and social activities of the world culture and art circles.

(five) providing a full range, wide field and multi-level service platform for cultural artists of all countries. The professional strengths and intelligence and cultural and artistic achievements of world cultural artists are regularly provided to the United Nations with relevant professional reports, and the highest award of international financial awards and reputation is granted under the authorization of the United Nations.

(six) organize or select people in cultural and artistic circles with future development and potential, and conduct international training regularly in countries and in the United Nations.

Third chapter members

The seventh types of members of the group: individual members and members of the unit.

The eighth members who apply to join the group must have the following conditions:
