The ninth members' admission procedures are:

(1) submission of an application for admission; an individual application for admission shall be recommended by a member of the Federation of the Federation and the Secretariat to examine the qualifications.

The tenth members enjoy the following rights:

The twelfth members should notify the group in writing and return the membership card. If the membership does not pay the membership fee, it is regarded as an automatic retreat.

The thirteenth members, if they have serious violations of the articles of association, are removed by the vote by the Council or the Standing Council.
