Constitution of the World Federation of cultural and artistic circles

The twenty-seventh chairman of the group (president) is the legal representative of the group. The legal representative examines the representative of the group to sign important documents.

Twenty-eighth the president of the group exercises the following functions and powers:

(1) convening and presiding over the Council and the Standing Council; convening and presiding the Commission on the education of the World Art Federation.

(two) inspection of the implementation of the resolutions of the members' congresses, the Council, the standing board of the Council and the Commission on the education of the World Art Federation;

(three) putting forward and presiding over the development policy and work plan of the group.

(four) preside over the important activities of the group.

The twenty-ninth article of the Secretary General of the group exercises the following functions and powers:

(one) to conduct the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan;

(two) to coordinate the work of various branches, representatives and entities;

(three) nominate the deputy secretary general and the principal person in charge of all the offices, branches, representatives and entities.

(four) determine the employment of full-time staff of the offices, representatives and entities;

(five) dealing with other daily affairs.

The fifth chapter the principle of asset management and use

The thirtieth source of funding for the group:

(1) the membership fee;

(two) donation;

(three) government funding;

(four) income from activities or services within the approved scope of business;

(five) interest;

(six) other legal income.

Thirty-first the membership fees are charged by the United Nations in accordance with the relevant provisions of the United Nations.
