(six) criminal penalties that have not been deprived of political rights;
(seven) full capacity for civil conduct;
(eight) the vice president of the Federation and the candidate of the secretary general are nominated by the chairman of the World Federation of Arts and education. They are elected by the Council and submitted to the registration authorities of the Chinese government and the Hongkong Special Administrative Region and the United Nations for the record.
The twenty-fifth group vice chairman and secretary general, who exceed the highest serving age, must be voted by the Council. They will be submitted to the chairman of the World Federation of Arts and crafts for examination and approval, and then report to the Hongkong Special Administrative Region Government registration authority and the United Nations filing party.
The twenty-sixth vice presidents and the secretary general are in office for a term of 10 years, with the maximum of no more than two. To extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it shall be passed by a member's Congress of 2 / 3 members, and shall be allowed to serve after the approval of the examination and approval of the Art Federation.
