The thirty-second provisions of the organization must be used for the scope of business and the development of the business stipulated in this constitution, and shall not be allocated among members.
The thirty-third group set up a strict financial management system to ensure that the source of assets is legitimate, true, accurate and complete.
The thirty-fourth group is equipped with professional qualified accountants. An accountant must not serve as a cashier. Accountants must carry out accounting and exercise accounting supervision. When the accountants are transferred to work or leave the job, they must have a clear connection with the personnel of the takeover.
Thirty-fifth the assets management of this group must carry out the financial management system stipulated by the Special Administrative Region Government and accept the supervision of the members' Congress and the financial department. The sources of assets belong to the government appropriation or social donation and funding. They must be supervised by the audit institutions and released to the public in appropriate ways.
The thirty-sixth group must accept the financial audit organized by the administrative organs before the replacement of the group.
Thirty-seventh of the group's assets, any unit or individual shall not ewbezzle.
Thirty-eighth the salaries and insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of the group are carried out in accordance with the international general standards of the United Nations and the relevant provisions.
The revision procedure of the sixth chapter of the Constitution
The amendment of the thirty-ninth articles of association shall be approved by the examination of the association of Arts and crafts, and the Council's vote is passed to the members' Congress for consideration.
The fortieth articles of association amended by the group must be examined and approved by the Church of the Federation of Arts and crafts and have been submitted to the administrative authorities for approval.
