为增进世界文化艺术交流，中华文化的海外传播，创建华人自己的文化品牌，丰富全球华人侨胞的精神生活，实现同胞们在家门口看春晚的愿望。由澳大利亚东方歌舞团 世界文化艺术界联合会 全球TV华人频道 决定联合主办 2018悉尼东方春晚/ 世界文化艺术界联合会年会/ 悉尼歌剧院广场快闪秀/ 澳大利亚东方歌舞团自2012年首创至今已经成功的举办了六届，年年办，年年出彩，越办越红火，越办越热烈。在节目上创新，演出形式上创新。2018联合世界文化艺术界联合会 全球TV华人频道共同主办将会更加绚丽多彩。
2018年是属相狗年，旺旺年。春晚组委会在积极筹备策划之中，第七届春晚将突出一个“旺”字，台上台下融为一体，锣鼓喧天，让每一人都置身在节日的欢乐气氛中。同时世界文化艺术界联合会，将邀请音乐创作/京昆戏剧/民族乐器/歌剧艺术偶像派歌手等登场表演/ 华人tv频道组织广场快闪秀会大大出彩/ 特别是【罗华党六位一体立体音乐速学】可让与会代表和大中小学校学生观众现场20分钟学会表演1首葫芦丝作品/【世界文化艺术界联合会将赠送每位特邀代表价值1030元葫芦丝1把】

中华文化艺术世界之窗启动仪式也将在这次春晚隆重举行。中华文化艺术世界之窗总会设在悉尼，由郑丽莉任总会首席会长。届时诚邀世界之窗各国分会会长，副会长秘书长核心领导出席及并率艺术团参加演出。

“澳大利亚东方歌舞团” 由具30多年专业舞蹈经历的郑丽莉团长为发起人，汇聚了一批生活在澳大利亚,热爱艺术的爱国华人自发组建的艺术团体。歌舞团的宗旨是：弘扬中华优秀文化,繁荣社区文化生活,沟通多元民族之间和谐交往。該團成立至今已經有十多年，演出活動遍佈悉尼各類劇場、俱樂部、社區、學校、老人院。並遠足上海世博、香港、深圳、廣州及迪拜邀參加了多次演出。
澳大利亚东方歌舞团设有舞蹈队、乐队、声乐部、时装模特队。由專業舞蹈教師、聲樂教師授課。欢迎爱好者踴躍報名。
